TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By placing your order on the All Weather Racing Syndicates Ltd you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions that apply what horse you are involved in  from our website:

• An opportunity to race your horse in our Club's colours and our Club's name.
• We will provide information on your horse direct from our racing manager by our whatsapp pages and a weekly email.
• All club's horses will run under the club's name and racing colours (opposite) and the racing manager will decide with the trainer where the horse runs and who rides the horse on the race day.
• You will receive FREE OWNER BADGES and entry to the racecourse and access to the parade ring where you will see your horse and meet the Jockey.
• 90% of all prize money won by the Club’s horse in training during the period of ownership shall be distributed as follows: 
  • Prize money, i.e. win and place monies will be distributed approx 8 weeks after the horse has won any prize monies, depending on your share will be a percentage of all money won.
  • The sum allocated as to your share will be the net total paid to the Club by the BHA. This will be held in a separate holding account.
  • A 10% share of all monies won will be retained by the club for expenses.
• Each share will depend on what percentage you have in the horse.
• You will NOT transfer any shares you own to a third party unless agreed with our racing manager, if you transfer your share without informing the club you will be discarded from  the racing club with immediate effect.
• Failure to pay a monthly payment due on the 1st of each month will result in you forfeiting your share but you will be still liable for that month's fees.
• To withdraw from any Lease or ownership share then a 1 month  notice must be given in writing addressed to our racing manager at the racing club.
• The syndicate is liable for all costs related to the training and racing costs of any horse you have a share in.
• All horses are offered on a FREE LEASE, unless a share purchase is involved. 
• Members must be aged 18 or over. Any person banned or warned off by the BHA may not be able to own any of our horses in our racing club.

Owners  will be expected to behave and dress in a respectful manner on any race day at the races and if any owner disrespects the racecourse then they may be  removed form the course by their own security.
