To have experience the enjoyment and fun and the thrill of watching your horse run, meeting other members at the races and access to the owners and trainers areas of the racecourse and meeting the jockey in the parade ring.
The All Weather Racing Syndicates Ltd was set up to provide members with the opportunity to enjoy the experience of Ownership in our racehorses without the high costs involved of owning your horse outright, all weather racing syndicates is for the purpose of like minded people to share of a racehorse and should not be realised as an investment. We pride ourselves in giving value for money for new owners, and enables you to go racing as an owner and enjoy the benefits of entering the owners and trainers areas of the racecourse and the parade ring to meet your jockey, saving you an average of £20 on entrance fees to go racing.
A good reason to join the All Weather Racing Syndicates is to enjoy a day at the races watching your horse run at the races. We will always guarantee owners badges who wish to attend the day of the horse/s run.
The Racing Manager has his own badge, so this will not take any away from our owners. All owners will be notified at the declaration stage by the Racing Manager to which owners require owners badges. You can even bring the family along for a great day/eve out at the races and enjoy the benefits of being able to enter the owners and trainers areas of the racecourse and enter the parade ring and meet your jockey.
We do not offer Micro shares, this could be hundreds or even thousands of people involved in just 1 horse, you will NEVER get an owners badge, if you do go into a ballot you will be one of the very lucky ones to get one. We have good relationships with racecourses across the country and they always support us with owners badges.
All entries are made on average 5 days before race day, The declaration stage for the horse/s to run is 10am two days before the race. The Racing Manager will contact all owners on the day of declarations to enquire who wants owners badges, all declarations are posted on the racing post website around 1pm on the day of declarations so you will be able to see the entries.
On arrival at the racecourse you go to the “Owners & Trainers” entrance to collect your owners badge/s, these will be booked for you by our Racing Manager, this gives you access to all areas at the racecourse, including the owners and trainers bar and restaurant where you will normally receive complementary soft drinks and a free meal, our Racing Manager will always attend and escort you to the owners and trainers bar and the parade ring to meet your jockey. You can even bring the family along for a great day/eve out at the races and enjoy the benefits of being able to enter the owners and trainers areas of the racecourse.
If we have a winner then you will be invited into the private owners suite and celebrate with a glass of champagne and watch a replay of the race.
Prize money will be distributed to members bi-monthly as percentage of their share, a 10% will be kept in reserve for administration of the All Weather Racing Club, or any unforeseen expenses of the All Weather Racing Club horses. In the event the 10% reserve is not spent by the end of the annual accounting period (April 2025), then the remaining 10% will be shared out to all owners.
All paid up owners will receive a statement with any prize money won bi-monthly on the 25th of each month, all prize money will be held in a separate account and will be paid out approx 8 weeks after any prize money won.
All members will receive a percentage of what share they have in each of all horses in the racing club Syndicates.
A Racing Club is for people who want to pay a subscription to experience racehorse ownership. A Racing Club is managed and administered by the Club manager/s and it is the Club itself, as opposed to its owners, that owns or leases the horse(s). owners pay a monthly fee to be an owner of a club Syndicate horse and to enjoy the benefits of racehorse ownership. Only individuals who want to set up or administer a Racing Club must register as a Sole/Company owner. It isn’t necessary for members of a Racing Club to register as owners as the horse/s will run under the Racing Club's name and colours.
No, there are no extra costs involved your membership covers you for the following:
Training fees, Jockeys fees, Veterinary & Blacksmith fees, British Horseracing Authority Fees, Standard race entry fees and Domestic transport to races. You will not be required to pay anymore than your membership fee.
We try to get the members more involved with stable visits to our Trainers premises, we will notify members at least 1 month's in advance to enable you to make plans if you wish to attend. You will be met by our Racing Manager and the trainer who will show you our horses so you can take pictures and chat to him/her, complimentary tea coffee and snacks will be available on the day.
Our Racing Manager will update weekly by email and on our whatsapp racing group page when the horses are entered and declared to run, this is for owners only.
We will always try and book Marco Ghiani and Clifford Lee to ride our horses.
The racing manager of the all weather racing club will have sole right to manage the day to day affairs of all weather racing and will liaise with the trainer/s concerning entries , declarations of the horse/s and the booking of Jockeys.
We will always have a minimum of 2 horses in training, both to be run on the flat, with the intention of putting more horses into training as the ownership numbers increase, (2 more horses to added to All Weather Racing Club in the coming weeks). If any horse is unable to run due to injury we will replace with another one as soon as possible to keep the numbers up in the Racing Club.
No, all horses will belong to the Racing Club, unless a share is purchased. If you require an ownership share please visit our "SYNDICATE HORSES" page on the website where you can purchase an ownership share from only £60.00 for a 2.5% share in one of our syndicates.
